If your child is older than 5 months of age and you are having difficulties with their sleep, you will benefit from my guided sleep training support for long term results.
By opting for this support package, together we will agree upon the most suitable technique to work towards achieving healthier sleep habits for your child. I start with an intake assessment, followed by a 90 minute consultation at your home to uncover the root of the problem and to discuss the technique that will be implemented. You will then have me on hand every day for a minimum of two weeks (you can opt for more depending on progress) to guide you and make sure the plan works. It is these daily check ins that really make all the difference and will keep you motivated, on track and reassured. You will be provided with an action plan at the start of each day and youcan ask me any questions to help you achieve your goals.
With any plan, particularly where child behavior is concerned, there will be bumps in the road. Issues will come up, tweaks will need to be made and in some cases the strategy might need changing all together. This is particularly useful for those ”what do I do if...” moments.
This approach not only helps you to achieve your goals, but it also provides you with confidence on how to tackle any future problems you come across. By walking you through the process, you have the control to know what to do and how to get back on track in the future.
